The EFL playoffs start October 6th and will include the top 5 teams. The top two teams, Plattsburgh and Syracuse will get byes on October 6th while Vermont travels to Watertown. On October 13th the winner of the October 6th game travels to Plattsburgh while Monroe travels to Syracuse.
On October 20th, the EFL Championship will be hosted by the highest ranking winner of the October 13th games.
