WATERTOWN — For the third time in four games, the Plattsburgh North Stars were held off the scoreboard.
Watertown scored 21 first-half points before pulling away for a 35-0 Empire Football League (EFL) win at Alex Duffy Fairgrounds Saturday.
With the loss, the North Stars (3-6) were mathematically eliminated from the postseason.
