The Empire Football League formally announces their 2018 membership campaign for any interested teams. With returning teams from last year and several new applicant teams for 2018, we are all set to hit the ground running for successful season. Contrary to rumors, we are focused on quality not quantity. Our no-nonsense management approach is consistent with our mission of providing an opportunity for adults to play amateur football. Our teams show up for games and schedules are adhered to. We have a solid set of By Laws developed by owners that govern management of the league, by the owners. General Liability Insurance and Player Accident Insurance are some of the key discriminators that set us apart from all other leagues. EFL Game Officials are NFL Certified, and a few have even worked NFL Super Bowls. Our primary objective is to continue to elevate this level of the game via organization, ethics and integrity.
